Fujifilm has released the first Secure Digital card in Australia to come packaged with panorama software that allows a sequence of pictures to be stitched together into a single image.
May 7, 2007: Fujifilm has released the first Secure Digital card in Australia to come packaged with panorama software that allows a sequence of pictures to be stitched together into a single image. According to Fujifilm Australia, the panorama software is valued at more than $50. The same software is also supplied with Fujifilm’s xD-Picture Cards and CompactFlash cards. The Panorama software will work with JPEG or TIFF image files and can be used for producing photos that are printed in-store or at home, online sharing with friends and family, or web photos. Users can stitch together up to 12 pictures and the Panorama software can produce horizontal, vertical or 360 degree ‘stitches’.
