Using state-of-the-art facilities at the company’s Brookvale service centre, the offer includes a full lens clean and detailed report for just $199. The Brookvale facility is the only one of its kind outside of the Fujinon factory in Japan and staff are able to test and fix optical products from high-end binoculars to broadcast and cine lenses. Lenses can be sent in to the Service Centre at Brookvale via Courier or Post and will be returned via the Courier Company “Airroad” who do most of Fujifilm’s deliveries. Customers are expected to pay the cost of sending their lenses in but the return from the Health Check is at Fujifilm‘s cost. If damage occurs on the way from the Customer to Fujifilm then it is the Customer’s responsibility. If the lens is damaged being returned from Fujifilm to the Customer then it is Fujifilm‘s responsibility.
