Leading professional photographers Graham Monro, Abraham Joffe, Nick Ghionis, James Madelin, Christian Fletcher and Vicki Bell will present a day of free seminars for professional photographers on Friday 25 May, at The Digital Show in the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, Southbank.
The talks are located in the Training Camp theatre on the show floor and will run from 11.00am until 4.00pm. Seats are allocated on a first come best served basis and will open with a presentation by Graham Monro and Abraham Joffe on shooting professional video with a DSLR. In a session supported by Canon, the pair will present shooting tips, advice on how to ensure quality audio and how to tackle the important aspect of storytelling.
Nick Ghionis will share his secrets for successful wedding photography, while James Madelin will cover creative lighting with a single flash. Landscape Photographer of the Year, Christian Fletcher, will outline his approaches to landscape and fine art Photography, while multi-award winning photographer, Vicki Bell will cover portraiture and conceptual fine art shooting.
Entrance to these talks and the show floor is free, but only to those who have either a free pass from their supplier or have pre-registered at www.thedigitalshow.com.au . Alternatively, access to the show and the seminar show theatre can be obtained by paying $20 at the door.
