Photographers of all ages are invited to take to the streets on Saturday, 13 October and capture the spirit of the City of Sydney as part of Foto Riesel’s Foto Rally.

Now in its third year, the Foto Rally is part of the City of Sydney’s annual Art and About Sydney Festival. During the one-day event, entrants complete a series of photographic challenges, which are unknown to them until the Rally commences.   A prize pool of $2,000 is up for grabs and judging is based on photographic and artistic merit.

Participants must register online at www.fotoriesel.net.au/foto-rally where they can choose a starting time to collect their photographic challenge.   Each entrant receives the same set of challenges and needs to undertake the challenges on that day.   They then have until 11.59 pm on Friday, 19 October to upload their images to the online gallery via the Foto Riesel web page.
