Sigma has issued firmware updates for its 100–400mm f/5–6.3 DG OS HSM | Contemporary and 45mm f/2.8 DG DN | Contemporary lenses and MC-11 SA-E and EF-E mount converters.
The update for the 100–400mm f/5–6.3 DG OS HSM | Contemporary lens applies only to the Canon EF mount. It provides optimization for Mode 2 in Optical Stabilizer when used in combination with the Sigma Mount Converter MC-21 EF-L. Click here to visit the download page.
Similarly, the firmware update for the 45mm f/2.8 DG DN | Contemporary lens applies only to the Sony E-mount, where it corrects the phenomenon whereby the image occasionally blurs when using the in-body image stabilisation. Click here to visit the download page.
