The latest EOS C70 firmware, which unlocks advanced capabilities, will be available to download from late March 2022.

Following on from Firmware Version 1.0.2.1, which was released in December 2021, which added support for 13 lenses, the new firmware adds a Cinema RAW Light LT 4K recording option plus support for XF-AVC proxy recording. This combination enables new Frame and Interval recording options, such as stop frame animation and time lapse video.
