Leica Camera has issued firmware updates for its Leica S (Typ 007) and Leica SL cameras.
Firmware Update 5.0.0.0 for the Leica S improves the video operations with a Leica Release S cable. It contains a new photo mask in a 3:1 format and allows photographs with a long exposure time of up to 2 minutes. It is available for downloading here.
Firmware update 3.3 for the Leica SL improves functionality in Power Saving Mode and adds the option of ‘Shutter pressed’ to Auto Review settings. The ‘Off’ setting no longer enables the camera to show Auto Review while shutter release is pressed. Click here to access the support page.
