Fujifilm has issued firmware updates for its X-T20 camera and the XC15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens.
Firmware version 2.00 for the X-T20 adds a new AF tracking algorithm to improve performance when photographing moving subjects. The update claims to doubles the ability of AF-C to track moving subjects and makes it able to capture up to 50% smaller moving subjects than before. The update also adds support for FUJIFILM X RAW STUDIO, which enables users to convert RAF.RAW files with X Processor Pro. Fast batch processing will also be available. Other improvements included in the new firmware are improvements to the usability of the radio flash controller that add support for compatible third party studio flash in high speed sync. or TTL mode via their radio controllers. The upgrade will also add compatibility for the new Fujinon XC15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens.
Version 1.01 firmware for the Fujinon XC15-45mm f/3.5-5.6 OIS PZ lens makes a single adjustment to improve the stability of the lens barrel when turning the camera on and off. The new firmware can be downloaded from http://www.fujifilm.com/support/digital_cameras/software/fw_table.html.
