Nikon has issued a firmware update for its Nikon 1 V3 camera.

The new firmware (C:Ver.1.11) fixes an issue that caused increased drain on the camera battery when the camera was off or in sleep mode with a GP-N100 GPS unit attached. It can be downloaded from http://downloadcenter.nikonimglib.com/en/products/129/Nikon_1_V3.html.
