The World Press Photo Foundation has announced a new strategic partnership with Fujifilm Corporation to further develop the press and documentary photography community.

This partnership aims to bring important images and compelling stories to a wider audience through worldwide exhibitions and online platforms. It is expected to provide the following benefits:

  • Support for contest, exhibitions and other activities.
  • Photographer workshops in 10 cities around the world in 2024 with more in following years.
  • In-kind donation of photograph printing services.
  • A large format mirrorless digital camera Fujifilm GFX100 II, with two GF lenses of choice, two Li-ion batteries and dual battery charger for each of the four global winners.
  • Sharing of knowledge and inspiration to better serve the photographer community.

The 2024 World Press Photo Contest Regional Winners will be announced on 3 April, with the Global Winners announced on 18 April and the Flagship World Press Photo Exhibition 2024 opening in Amsterdam on 19 April, 2024. Click here for more information.
