Organisers of the Ballarat International Foto Biennale have announced the festival will now open to regional audiences from this Wednesday, 15 September.
The festival opening has been delayed by COVID-19 lockdowns but can now re-open following the recent easing of restrictions in regional Victoria, although it will be operating under significantly reduced capacity restrictions. Anyone who plans to visit is advised to book their festival tickets in advance. Ticket holders who are unable to attend due to lockdown in metropolitan Melbourne or elsewhere will be able to reschedule tickets to a later date during the Biennale, and full refunds are also available.
