August 11, 2009: Epson has added four new models to its catalogue in the first wave of releases for its 2010 all-purpose printer range.
Featuring Epson’s renowned DURABrite Ultra resin-coated pigment ink in four individual cartridges, the new printers deliver durable water- and smudge-resistant prints. Top of the range is the Epson Stylus TX550W (RRP $179), which is wireless-enabled and includes a multi-format card reader and 2.5-inch LCD screen/viewer. This model provides easy photo printing without a PC, scanning and copying capabilities at up to 2400 dpi and up to 36 pages/minute (ppm) printing.

The Stylus TX410 (RRP $149) will be offered exclusively through Harvey Norman stores. It can print at up to 34 ppm, and has a multi-format card reader and 2.5-inch LCD screen/viewer for easy photo printing. This model also supports PictBridge printing direct from compatible cameras and comes with a scanner that supports up to 2400 dpi for high quality copying of documents and images.

A multi-format card reader is also included in the Stylus TX210 model (RRP $129), which has a 1.5-inch LCD screen/viewer for easy printing of
photos. This model includes Epson PhotoEnhance software and can deliver prints at up to 32 ppm. The entry-level Stylus TX110 model (RRP $89) offers a low cost cartridge option starting from $9.99. It delivers high resolution printing of BorderFree photos, scanning and copying at up to 1200 dpi, and prints at up to 30 ppm.
