The latest upgrade to DxO Labs’ image processing software allows DxO Optics Pro 9 to support Sony’s α7s, RX100 III and SLT-A77 II cameras, along with the Nikon 1 J4 and Samsung NX30.

The Sony α7s  is supported in the Elite Edition only while the other cameras are supported in both the Standard and Elite Editions. PRIME denoising technology in DxO Optics Pro 9 lets users fully exploit the Sony α7s’s entire sensitivity range.

DxO Optics Pro v9.5.1 has been enriched with new DxO Optics Modules containing information about the characteristics of camera and lens combinations that permit DxO Optics Pro 9 to automatically correct distortion, vignetting, chromatic aberrations and lens softness. The latest version adds 376 camera/lens combinations to support Canon, Konica Minolta, Nikon, Olympus, Samsung, Sigma, Sony, Tamron, Tokina and Zeiss lenses for many Canon, Fuji, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Samsung and Sony cameras.
The Standard and Elite editions of DxO Optics Pro v9.5.1 for Mac and Windows are immediately available in the DxO Labs online store (shop.dxo.com) and at photo resellers at a special discount through July 15, 2014. Photographers who acquired a DxO Optics Pro 8 license on or after September 1, 2013 are entitled to a free upgrade to version 9.
