DxO Labs announces the immediate availability of DxO FilmPack v4.1, the latest version of its analogue film and creative rendering software, which now interacts perfectly with Adobe Photoshop CC.
Interactivity with Photoshop CC enables users of the editing application to apply all of the characteristic colour, contrast and grain of popular analogue films to be applied to digital images. DxO FilmPack v4.1 also provide a wide variety of original looks, filters, toning, and visual effects, all of which can be combined and customised.
Available in two editions, Essential and Expert, DxO FilmPack v4.1 can be installed as a plug-in for Adobe Photoshop CS3, CS4, CS5 and CS6, Lightroom 4 and 5, Elements 10 and 11, Apple Aperture 3, and DxO Optics Pro v8.2, and as a standalone application for Mac and Windows, all with the same licence. The Essential Edition will sell for US$79, while the Expert Edition is priced at US$129. Both are available through the DxO Labs online store (www.dxo.com) and at specialist photo resellers.
Photographers who purchased a DxO FilmPack 3 licence on or after March 1, 2013 are entitled to a free upgrade to version 4. A fully-functional trial version of DxO FilmPack 4, good for one month, is available on the DxO Labs website (http://www.dxo.com/intl/photography/download).
