DxO Labs has added support for the Samsung GX20 DSLR camera and an initial selection of lenses to its DxO Optica Pro v5.0 application and added 22 new Correction Modules covering Nikon DSLR bodies.

 

April 29, 2008: DxO Labs has added support for the Samsung GX20 DSLR camera and an initial selection of lenses to its DxO Optica Pro v5.0 application and added 22 new Correction Modules covering Nikon DSLR bodies.
The lenses covered with the Samsung GX20 include the Samsung 18-250mm f/3.5-6.3, Tamron AF18-250mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II LD Aspherical (IF) and Samsung D-XENON 12-24mm. New Nikkor lenses added for the D70, D70s and D80 models include the AF-S Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8G ED. The D300 module now supports the AF-S Zoom-Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8D ED, AF-S DX Zoom-Nikkor 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6G IF-ED, AF-S DX NIKKOR 16-85mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR and AF-S Zoom-Nikkor 28-70mm f/2.8D IF-ED. Support for the AF-S Zoom-Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8D ED and AF-S Nikkor 24-70mm f/2.8G ED has been added for the D80.
DxO Optics Pro v5 is available immediately on the company’s e-store or from respected retailers for Windows users. DxO Optics Pro v5 public beta for Macintosh is currently downloadable from www.dxo.com. DxO Optics Pro v5 final release for the Macintosh platform is expected later in Q2.
