June 28, 2007: L&P Digital Photographic will run two two-day seminars focused on workflow management and featuring Walter Borchenko, an international expert in Phase One software development.
Borchenko is president of Knowledge Integrated Inc an International consulting and marketing company located in Toronto, Canada. An active photographer, he had been involved in the development of the Styles tool for Phase One’s Capture One software and development of the pre-made styles shipped with all current copies of Capture One Pro and DB. He has also been active in testing, research and development of Capture One’s creative effects profiles, including monochrome profiles.
The first half day of the seminars will be focused on capture while the second day provides advanced training for users of Phase One backs, DSLR Capture One PRO users, Photo assistants and technicians and anyone involved in production and retouching of digital images. The first half day sessions will free of charge. They will be held in Sydney on Monday 9 July and in Melbourne on Wednesday 11 July between 2 and 5 pm.
The full-day seminars run from 10 am to 5pm and cost $399. Participants receive a copy of the Applied Craftmanship Advanced Application 268 page manual & DVD of custom profiles valued at $599US. Also included is a copy of iView Media Pro valued at AU$282. They will be held in Sydney on Tuesday 10 July and in Melbourne on and Thursday 12 July.
