April 23, 2007: Chromaticity Australia is running its popular two-day Digital Print Makers’ Master Class again in Sydney on 15 and 16 May.
Directed by colour management expert, David Crowther, the course is designed for professional photographers, framers, magazine editors and a variety of creatives who require information on how to set up and run a colour-managed digital workflow. Topics covered include colour terminology, media overview, ICC profile creation, editing and checking, monitor calibration and profiling, Photoshop colour settings and digital workflow processes. Participants have hands-on experience with some of the leading equipment for colour management including:
– Epson and Canon printers
– Quato and Eizo monitors
– X-Rite Eye-One Display2, Eye-One Pro and iSis Spectrophotometers
– GMB Profile Maker 5
– Monaco Profiler 4.8
– Eye-One Match3
– JUST viewing systems
– Professional inkjet media.
The seminars will be held in Lane Cove between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm each day. Class sizes are limited to 10 so all attendees have hands on, one to one experience with the equipment.
