For the first time, the Centre for Contemporary Photography (CCP) will host a boutique photography fair, which will be held in its Fitzroy Gallery from 15–18 August 2019.
Kate Ballis, ‘Fortune’, 2018. 1000mm x 1500mm print on cotton rag, frames using non-reflective glass in a lilac frame.
The four-day event will present the work of nine photographers – George Apostolidis, Kate Ballis, Anita Beaney, Tom Blachford, Jo Duck, James Geer, Tom Ross, Isamu Sawa and Saskia Wilson – at different stages of their careers. As well as displaying their work, the photographers will run ‘In Conversation’ sessions in which they will discuss the work and their creative approach. The event will also include book launches and panel discussions.
The event is free to attend, with all artworks for sale. A commission from each artwork sold will go towards supporting the CCP. Click here for more information on the gallery’s opening hours and session times.
