Designed for individuals and business users who require superior output quality and durability in prints, coupled with efficient operation and a simple, easily understood workflow, the imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 has a 12-ink pigment-based system that uses newly developed Lucia Pro Inks. The ink set comprises photo black, matt black, grey and photo grey, along with the standard yellow, magenta, light magenta, cyan and light cyan with additional blue and red inks to provide an expanded colour gamut. Chroma Optimizer ink is added to ensure uniform glossiness on glossy media. It also controls surface reflections and prevents surface bronzing.

In common with Canon’s Professional grade printers, the imagePROGRAF PRO-1000 can handle a wide range of media with support for both cut sheets and roll paper up to 17 inches wide.
