Canon has released a new in-camera Picture Style pre-set for its EOS DSLRs, which is designed for use with the cameras’ movie modes.
Known as the Video Camera X”“series-look, the new setting enables users to capture EOS Movie footage with lower contrast levels and lower saturation, allowing for easier colour grading during post production processes. This makes it ideal for post production grading, especially when complementing with pre-existing footage shot with Canon’s X-series models. It can also be used to add atmosphere to Full HD movies.
