May 11, 2008: Bibble Pro Version 4.10 has now been released adding support for new Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Pentax and Sony DSLR cameras and lens calibration for 14 new Tamron, Nikkor and other lenses.
New DSLR cameras supported in the latest version include the Canon EOS 450D, Nikon D60,Olympus E-420, Pentax K20D and K200D and Sony DSLR-A 200, A300 and A350. This update also adds lens calibration data for 14 new lenses and fixes several minor issues found in previous releases. Version 4.10 is the last planned update to Bibble Lite and Bibble Pro before the launch of Bibble 5.
Since the release of version 4.0 more than three years ago, free updates to Bibble have . added major new features like digital noise reduction powered by Noise Ninja technology, Perfectly Clear One-Touch image optimiser, a RAW-level plug-in interface (with plugins available for watermarking, image framing, B&W film simulation, image toning, Zone System control, perspective correction, graduated neutral density and graduated color filter simulation, selective defocus and many more), along with automatic lens distortion correction and speed increases.
