The 2019 Ballarat International Foto Biennale Open Program is now accepting applications from photographers and photo media artists who wish to participate.
Extended to run over two months between 23 August and 20 October, it will be Australia’s largest ever photographic biennale and expects to attract even greater audience numbers to Ballarat. Open Program exhibitors will be featured in the festival program, promoted through our social media channels and be in the running for a $2,000 first prize as well as a $500 people’s choice award.
