The Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) has launched a new Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program for photographers.

April 7, 2010: The Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) has launched a new Continuing Professional Development (CPD) program for photographers.
The first of its kind in Australia, the program aims to continue to raise the standard of the photographic profession in Australia. The program is primarily targeted at AIPP accredited members, however non-accredited AIPP members such as emerging photographers, students and the new ø¢â‚¬ËœEnthusiast’ members will also be able to benefit from the program.
The introduction of the CPD program means that all AIPP accredited photographers will need to undertake education and training in five core areas: Photographic Output, Photographic Input, Photographic Workflow, Business Management and Personal Development.

The program will commence on 1 January 2011 with all new and existing accredited photographers required to complete the annual program by 31 December 2011. Further details on the CPD program and applications to become an accredited photographer, can be found at www.aipp.com.au.
