Adobe Systems has released Photoshop Lightroom 1.1, which is available as a free upgrade for existing users and includes support for Windows Vista and added functionality.

 

June 28, 2007: Adobe Systems has released Photoshop Lightroom 1.1, which is available as a free upgrade for existing users and includes support for Windows Vista and added functionality.
New features and enhancements that are provided in the latest version include support for 13 additional digital cameras, including the Canon EOS-1D Mark III, Fuji FinePix S5 Pro; Nikon D40x; Olympus E-410, and Olympus SP-550 UZ; Ricoh Caplio GX 100; Sigma SD 14; Phase One H 20, Phase One H 25, Phase One P 20, Phase One P 21, Phase One P 25, Phase One P 30 and Phase One P 45. Improved functionality is also provided for multi-computer workflows. Lightroom 1.1 also supports all of the available DNG conversion settings.
Other additions include Hierarchical Browsers in the four main modules, which allow photographers to create folders by choosing the Folder drop-down option below the preset or template name field.
