Adobe Releases Camera Raw 3.6 Update

November 1, 2006: Adobe Systems has released the full Version 3.6 update for its raw file conversion software, Camera Raw.

Although a beta version was provided in early October, the full version has only just been made available. It replaces the original Camera Raw plug-in that was installed with Adobe Photoshop CS2 and Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 software. It is not compatible with versions of Photoshop earlier than Photoshop CS2 or versions of Photoshop Elements earlier than Photoshop Elements 3.0. Camera Raw 3.6 adds support for the following recently-released cameras: Canon EOS 400D, Fujifilm FinePix S6000fd and S9100/9600, Leica D-LUX3, Digilux 3 and V-LUX1, Nikon D80, Olympus E-400 and SP-510UZ, Panasonic DMC-LX2, Pentax K100D/K110D and Samsung GX-1L.
