Adobe has announced the availability of Photoshop Lightroom 4 in beta version for Windows and Mac as a free public download from Adobe Labs.
The beta release features improved technology for superior shadow and highlight processing, enhanced DSLR video support, support for creating photo books within Lightroom and additional local adjustment controls covering Noise Reduction, Moire and White Balance. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 4 beta is available immediately as a free download on both Windows and Mac at http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/.
