September 14, 2009: New works by students from the Australian Centre for Photography will go on display in ACP’s galleries 3 and 4 from 23 September.
Each term the ACP Workshop offers courses for hundreds of students from beginners in Camera Craft classes to advanced students in areas such as Photojournalism or Travel Photography and seasoned photographers developing their professional practice in Digital Composites. The ACP Workshop student exhibition is a great opportunity for new students and photography enthusiasts to meet the Workshop team, tour the centre’s facilities and enjoy the works produced in this stimulating and vibrant photographic community.
Prizes will be announced on the opening night for highly commended works, thanks to sponsorship from Momento, Crumpler, Kayell and Photofile magazine. The gallery is open between 12 noon and 7 pm Tuesday to Friday and on weekends between 10 am and 6 pm. For further information email workshopmanager@acp.org.au
