Entries to the ACMP Student Photographer of the Year 2014 competition will close on 25 November.

Australia’s premier contest for student photographers offers more than $8,000 in prize value and provides a superb showcase for emerging student photographers in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Region.  Participants gain an unrivalled opportunity to access career-building exposure within the photographic industry and wider creative community.   Entry is open to  full-time and part-time students in Australia, New Zealand and Pacific region.

The competition is organised in six categories: Portraiture (includes fashion), Commercial (includes corporate), Fashion (includes editorial, catalogue and beauty), Advertising (includes still life and food), Documentary (includes sport) and Architecture (includes industrial). Entrants must submit four images to win a category prize and there is a limit of five images per category with a total limit of 15 images per student. A $40 entry fee for up to 5 images per student/entry.
