The Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) has announced this year’s winners of the annual TIPA Awards, which are widely recognised as the “Oscars” of the imaging industry.

May 4, 2007: The Technical Image Press Association (TIPA) has announced this year’s winners of the annual TIPA Awards, which are widely recognised as the “Oscars” of the imaging industry.

Editors and technical editors from 31 European photo and imaging magazines meet annually for three days to discuss projects, share opinions, comment on industry innovations and trends and vote by secret ballot for the best photo and imaging products in Europe. Products that qualified for this year’s awards must have been released between May 2006 and 31 March, 2007 and introduced to the European market no later than 1 July, 2007. The list of this year’s winners is as follows:
