A complete list of winners of the Canon Australian Professional Photography Awards for 2007 has been announced.

 

May 28, 2007: A complete list of winners of the Canon Australian Professional Photography Awards for 2007 has been announced.

The annual competition was judged at this year’s Photo & Imaging Show in Melbourne, which attracted more than 1800 entries from Australian and New Zealand photographers.

This year’s winners include:
– Canon Professional Photographer of the Year – Gay Campbell

– Commercial/Industrial ø¢â‚¬” Joint winners: George Apostolidis and Tim Griffith (Runner up Giorgio Karayiannis)

– Illustrative ø¢â‚¬” Gay Campbell (Runner up Marcus Bell)

– Landscape – Michael Langford (Runner up Brydon Dunstan)

– Portrait – Peter Rossi (Runner up Simon Jackson)

Environmental (no manipulation) – Daniel Linnet

Traditional (no manipulation) – Sue Lewis

Contemporary (manipulation permitted) – Robert Cobcroft

– Wedding – Rocco Ancora (Runner up Richard Syme)

Photojournalistic (no manipulation) – Rocco Ancora

Traditional (no manipulation) – Richard Syme
