Learn about the exciting trend of light painting and light art photography at the first Photokina LightArt Congress 2016. The phol LAC 2016 is a cooperative event realised jointly by the German Light Painting Union (GLPU) and the renowned light art photographer and artist JanLeonardo Wø¶llert and his team. The artist has created work for global campaigns for corporations like the computer manufacturer Lenovo, Japan Tobacco, Nike, the Japanese Automotive Association or the band Coldplay. He is the organiser of the International Light Painting Award and has created a major international stage for light painting, which has taken considerable commitment.

Combine your trip to Photokina with a picture journey around Germany and neighbouring countries. You can reach Cologne via airports Cologne/Bonn, Dø¼sseldorf or Frankfurt. From there it takes only a couple of hours to visit Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels or any of the other beautiful European cities and regions.

The Cathedral in Cologne is one of the 40 UNESCO World heritage sites in Germany. Every one of these sites provides an excellent motif for your pictures. Take a boot trip along the river Rhine to explore the wine region for wine tasting and great colour autumn landscapes.
