Love the rodeo at Warwick. Great opportunity for action shots, this one in particular with his feet stuck in the stirrups, horse and man eye balling each other. He walked away unscathed.

Don’s response

Isn’t photography a wonderful thing? It allows us to see a minutely detailed and beautiful moment that only existed for 1/2000 of a second.

This is one of those pictures in which the serendipitous composition comes into being because the photographer had the skill to set the stage for its appearance.

I think the vignetting is mildly obtrusive, but when you have a gem like this, enthusiastic application of the burning tool is understandable.
