Bungle Bungles, by Martin Hadley
Taken in the Bungle Bungles with a Canon 5D Mark II probably with my 16-35mm L series lens.
There had been a pretty serious bushfire through there just about 6 months before and it was impressive to see how fast the Australian bush recovers.

Martin Hadley’s Bungle Bungles study is a good example of using the ‘magic hour’ to show off a landscape to its best advantage.
While I think the composition works reasonably well, I’d love to see what Martin might have done with a point of view closer to the rocks on the right. The immediate foreground is rather non-descript and I suspect moving up closer to the line of vegetation in the lower middle of the frame, plus including more of the rocks, would have forced perspective and increased the visual dynamic.
