Sony Ericsson Unveils 8MP Camera Phone

November 5, 2008: Sony Ericsson's C905 Cyber-shot camera phone is the first from the company with an 8.1 megapixel sensor and Xenon camera flash.

Designed as an alternative to a digital camera, it is ideal for anyone who wants to share images instantly with all their friends online. Features include built-in face detection autofocusing, smart contrast adjustment and an image stabiliser and users can send photos wirelessly from the phone to a TV via Wi-Fi using DLNA. It's also easy to upload pictures to a website and the C905 is  
GPS-enabled for geo-tagging of photos and navigation support.

The C905 Cyber-shot will be available in Night Black in Q4 2008 at a RRP of $1,149.
