Silicon Power to Release 600x CF Card

October 9, 2009: Local distributor, Tasco, will introduce the new Silicon Power 600X professional compact flash card at the end of this month.

Designed for high-end DLSR cameras, the new 600x card features 90MB per second read and 80MB/second write speeds and comes with ECC (Error Correction Code) to detect and correct errors. The new  cards are available in capacities up to 32GB and operate in Ultra DMA mode 6, where they utilise quad channel transfer and Turbo MLC technology for high-speed continuous shooting and HD video recording. The use of the latest controller chip technology ensures high compatibility and stability.

The new cards also come with the latest "Wear-Leveling" technology to ensure data reliability and extend their life spans. They also comply with strict European RoHS environmental directives.
