Firmware Update for Four Olympus Lenses
May 20, 2009: Olympus has released a firmware update for our of its Zuiko Digital lenses, which aims to improve the stability of continuous shooting when using C-AF on the E-3 and E-30 DSLR cameras.

The lenses covered are the: Zuiko Digital ED 90-250mm 1:2.8, Zuiko Digital ED 8mm 1:3.5 Fisheye, Zuiko Digital L ED 18-180mm 1:3.5-6.3 and Zuiko Digital ED 70-300mm 1:4.0-5.6. The new firmware (Ver. 1.1) can be downloaded from www.olympus.co.jp/en/support/imsg/digicamera/download/software/firm/e1/. A link to detailed instructions for installing it in the relevant camera bodies is provided on the same page.
