October 22, 2008: “City Colours” is the title of a new exhibition of photographs by Russian photographer Alexy Lyumbimkin and Sydneysider Jonathan May, which opens at the Global Gallery in Paddington on 19 November.
The two met in Moscow and whilst their approaches differ greatly, they share the same goal of capturing the energy of the fleeting moment. The new exhibition presents images captured in Europe, Russia, Australia and South America. The exhibition opens at 6 pm on Wednesday 19 November and continues until Sunday 30 November. Visitors can enjoy afternoon drinks with the photographers between 2 and 4 pm on Saturday, 29 November.
