Camera House Celebrates 25 Years

April 23, 2008: The Camera House group of specialist photographic stores celebrates its 25th anniversary in just over a week with the offer of a special edition Ricoh digital camera.

Founded in the 1960s by a number of Sydney based independent photo store owners, Camera House is a national buying group that is focused on providing expert advice, quality printing and friendly service. The group currently flourishes across Australia in more than 100 locations. Details can be found at www.camerahouse.com.au.

The commemorative 25th Anniversary Ricoh R8 camera carries a prominent logo to mark Camera House's anniversary. It features a 7.1x optical wide-angle zoom lens (28-200 mm in 35 mm focal length), a high-resolution 10 megapixel CCD, and enhanced photography functions.  (A review of this camera can be found on the Photo Review website.)
